I am living in Santa Rosa. I have a daughter, Heidi (with my first wife, Millie). Heidi and her husband, Jesse McQuarrie, own Feast Catering in Santa Rosa. They have a daughter, Madi, who is my oldest granddaughter. Madi is in the 6th grade a Proctor Terrace Elementary. She is a great singer and belongs to the Santa Rosa Chorus and she, also, loves to ice skate.
After ten years of being single I found myself in a church
saying words I swore I would never say again. "I DO".
I have now been happily married to Barbara for 15 years, who
by the way, is a 1965 graduate of Montgomery High. She brought
with her my two stepsons, Todd and Tony Frediani. Both sons
are married and live close to us. Todd is a finacial advisor
with Smith Barney and Tony owns Bay Area Mobile Wash. We
have 4 wonderful grand kids, Madi (12 yrs), Grace (5 in March),
Jack (2 yrs) and Angelo (17 mos).
We now treasure sleep much more than we used to as we spend
a lot of time with our grandkids. We have been very fortunate
as we have been able to travel and see many parts of the world.
We have been to Africa, Spain, England, France, Italy, Caribbean
and many parts of the U.S. They are just the beginning of
places we want to explore.
I just finished basketball season. I was an assistant coach for Maria Carrillo High School Junior Varsity boys. It was a great season and I really enjoyed working with the boys. I still get together, usually for a weekend or longer, with
Fassio, Aldridge, Nahmens, Miller, Kuziara and Clive Sharrocks
(from the class of '64) each year. We used to do a lot of hiking
and exploring but now all we seem to do is spend time in
the cabin comparing aches and pains. I am looking forward
to retiring from PG&E in 2005. Life has been good to me. |
